Timothy D. Padgett (Ph.D., Historical Theology) is the resident theologian with the Colson Center. His focus is cultural engagement, the impact of Christianity on history and culture, questions of Church and state, war and peace, and the way Christians of differing opinions interact with their shared faith.

Before his work in ministry, Bob worked in secular journalism covering politics and government. Bob and his wife live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They have five adult children.
