They also discuss the case of the Uber driver who refused to drive a customer to get an abortion–and how this case illustrates that the point that everyone–not just religious institutions–is entitled the freedom to live out their faith in the public square.

They end the show by discussing Charlize Theron’s public announcement that her seven-year old child is transgender–the basis for her claim being that the child told her so when the child was three. Parents are responsible, as John argues, to help their children–especially very young children–become who they were created to be, not who they necessarily claim to be.
