Is Christian morality harmful to sexual minorities? That’s the question author, poet, and hip-hop artist Jackie Hill-Perry tackled at the 2019 Wilberforce Weekend. Having left the gay lifestyle through the love of Jesus Christ, Hill-Perry argues that while Christianity of course isn’t harmful to LGBTQs, it does require them—and all of us—to lay down cherished idols.
