John Stonestreet: Called to This Cultural Moment

Today we present John Stonestreet’s powerful presentation at the North Carolina Family Policy Council. In this confusing cultural moment, many Christians are tempted to escape the culture. But John reminds us not only is that impossible, it’s not who we are as redeemed believers reconciled to God in Christ. All of us are called to engage culture, to be reconcilers, to proclaim and live out God’s truth in every area of life. Why? Because we see the cultural moment from the perspective of the Story of reality found in Scripture. No matter the issue: the sanctity of life, religious freedom, marriage and sexual morality, these things are always true: Christ is risen. Christ is Lord. And Christ has called us to this cultural moment.
